Cancellation policy
Please read these rules before booking. By booking you agree to them.

In short
- You can cancel or change the time up to 24 hours before the game.
- With less than 24 hours to go, the advance is not refunded.
- If we cancel, you get the full advance back.
01The 24-hour rule
To cancel a booking, call or WhatsApp us at least 24 hours before the booked time.
02The advance
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the game, the advance is not refunded.
03No-shows
If you book and don't come, the booking counts as used and the advance is not refunded.
04Arriving late
Late arrivals don't get extra time. The slot ends on time for the next team.
05If we cancel
If the venue cancels your booking, the full advance is refunded.
06Weather, power or technical problems
If the game can't be played because of bad weather, a power cut or a technical problem, you get another time or a refund, as decided by the management.
07Changing the time
Changing the time means cancelling the old booking and making a new one. It needs the management's approval and the new time must be free.
08False information
Bookings made with a wrong name, number or details may be cancelled.
09Final decision
On any matter, the management's decision is final.
10Agreement
By making a booking you accept every term of this policy.
