Turf shoes or rubber studs on the football pitches. Non-marking indoor shoes in the Shuttle Hall. Rental boots are available at the front desk.

Give yourself time to check in, change and warm up. Show your QR ticket or booking code at the front desk.

Your slot ends at the booked time so the next group can start. Please leave the pitch promptly when the whistle goes.

Metal studs damage the turf and can injure other players. They are not allowed anywhere at Sarturf.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere inside the venue, including the stands and parking area.

Abuse, fights or harassment end the session immediately with no refund. Our staff’s decisions on safety are final.

Found items are kept at the front desk for 30 days. Call or WhatsApp us with a description and we’ll check.

Players under 16 must be accompanied by an adult who stays at the venue for the whole session.
